Eligibility requirements:

*Must be 21 years of age at the time of application.
*Must be a resident of the Longview area.

By signing above, I understand that if I decide to join the next Provisional Class and fail to complete  requirements associated with the 25-26 Provisional Class, that I will not be inducted as an Active Member of the Junior League of Longview.

This Application for Membership to the Junior League of Longview must be completed on or before March 31,2025.
