On behalf of my Junior League, I request the activation of the Member Essentials feature to solicit donations to cover credit card surcharge and processing fees.  I acknowledge the following:

• The feature will appear on all purchase check-out screens, including orders for dues, paid events, and Simple Store transacted through our Member Essentials member portal.
• The feature will add a surcharge to orders based on the percentage specified below.  This percentage is the same for all orders and cannot exceed 4%.
• The text for the donation request is generated by the system and cannot be customized for our League.
• The use of this feature is in compliance with federal and state/province laws governing the charging of credit card surcharge fees, as they apply to our Junior League. (See this article for reference.)
• Our Junior League accepts all responsibility for the legal use of this feature and releases The Association of Junior Leagues Intl. and Digital Cheetah Solutions, Inc. from any liability regarding the unlawful use of this feature.
