About the Junior League of Fort Worth 

The Junior League of Fort Worth, Inc. is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Recipient Criteria

  • Organizations requesting diapers shall complete a Junior League of Fort Worth (JLFW) Diaper Bank application annually.
  • Requests for diapers shall be considered from organizations exempt from tax pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor statute (the “Code”). Requests from individuals shall not be considered.
  • Organizations shall be governed by a local governing board.
  • Generally, the goods distributed by the JLFW Diaper Bank shall be distributed and/or used within Tarrant County and not within the geographic boundaries of another Junior League according to the organization’s Bylaws.
  • Organizations shall be required to pick up diapers from our pick-up location.
  • Organizations who receive diapers shall be required to submit a report on the activities the diaper distribution made possible as well as a breakdown of how the supplies were used six months after the distribution was received.

Please note: Please ensure you fill out this application in full.  Missing information may cause a delay in approval if follow up information is required.  Each question listed below is critical to the review process. JLFW Diaper Bank applications are accepted year-round and will be reviewed within 2 weeks of submission. Once approved, diaper distributions will be available monthly on a predetermined calendar date.
