Done in a Day Project Application 2025-2026

The Junior League of Greenville (JLG) is dedicated to fostering community improvement through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. One of our key initiatives, "Done in a Day" (DIAD) projects, exemplifies our commitment to making a meaningful impact in the Upstate. These projects offer hands-on volunteer opportunities that allow Members to give back while gaining valuable insight into local needs.

Collaborating with Local Organizations

Each DIAD project is a collaborative effort between the JLG and local organizations or social service agencies. By partnering with these entities, the JLG ensures that the volunteer efforts directly address the community's most pressing needs. These partnerships not only enhance the impact of each project but also strengthen our ties within the Upstate.

Creating Meaningful Outcomes

DIAD projects are thoughtfully selected to provide impactful, one-day volunteer experiences that deliver tangible benefits. Each project should address specific needs within the community, whether improving local facilities, assisting with events, or advancing initiatives that enhance community well-being.

Immediate Impact: Projects should be designed to be completed within a single day, offering quick and meaningful contributions to the community.
