This registration form is for potential new members to indicate their intention to join the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties (JLDOC). As a potential new member, it is important that you fully understand what is expected of you during the Provisional semester in terms of the time that will be required as well as the responsibilities and financial obligations that must be met.
By completing this form and accepting the terms below re: joining the JLDOC, you are indicating that you understand the commitment you are making to the Junior League. This form will also provide the Board of Directors with a written statement with which you, the potential new member, may be voted into Provisional membership and to which you will be held accountable by the Provisional Committee: I, the Candidate, elect to become a Provisional member and to take the JLDOC Provisional course during the fall semester. Further, I understand that dues and provisional fees are to be paid by the first required meeting (Super Sunday).
• Fall Dues & Fees = $310.00 (includes $100 Provisional Fee + $210 Active Dues)
Once your registration form is completed, you will be automatically routed to the page for Fall Dues & Fees payments. Your payment secures your spot in the Fall JLDOC Provisional Class.
This form will close on September 18th. Please register and pay dues prior to September 18th
• Requirements: Super Sunday, JLDOC orientation meetings, volunteering in the community via an Extra Hands shift, and participation in JLDOC events.
