Thank you for your interest in reserving space for an event or meeting at the Junior League of Memphis Community Resource Center.
Please complete the form below. All requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been reviewed and the space is available.
A separate request form must be submitted for each requested meeting date.
Reservation Priority
Space is scheduled based on the following priority:
- Junior League of Memphis (JLM) meetings and programs
- JLM member-sponsored events
- Nonprofit and community partner events
- Other outside events
Nonprofit meeting space eligibility
The CRC’s no-cost weekday meeting space is intended for nonprofit organizations using the space for board meetings, committee meetings, planning meetings, administrative meetings, or other organizational meetings.
For purposes of this request, a nonprofit organization is an organization that operates for charitable, educational, civic, community-benefit, or similar nonprofit purposes and does not distribute profits to private individuals. Most qualifying organizations will be recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt, such as a 501(c)(3) organization.
To help JLM confirm eligibility, organizations must provide documentation verifying nonprofit or tax-exempt status. Acceptable documentation may include an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, IRS tax-exempt listing, or other documentation requested by JLM. Colleges, universities, public institutions, or similar entities may be asked to provide documentation verifying tax-exempt, public, or nonprofit status.
Nonprofit meeting space is not intended for social events, fundraisers, political events, religious services, service delivery, ticketed events, parties, or public events. Nonprofit organizations interested in hosting those types of events may request a paid half-day or full-day rental. Final eligibility for nonprofit meeting space is determined by JLM.
Nonprofit meeting space may not be requested more than 4 months in advance. Unless specifically approved, all use is from Monday- Friday, 9 am to 9 pm.
Shared Space Reminder
The Community Resource Center often hosts multiple meetings and events at the same time. Please ensure all activities, materials, and attendees remain within your reserved space and timeframe to respect other groups using the facility. Use of additional areas (including outdoors, common spaces, or adjacent rooms) must be pre-approved in writing by JLM staff.
