2026 College & Career Fair Booth Registration

 

Please fill out the following registration form to participate in the Junior League of Montgomery's College & Career Fair. You may pay by credit card or check. Upon receipt of your payment, we will confirm your registration.

Booth Fees and Deadlines:

  • Registration fee and deadline for Colleges and Military/ROTC: $400 - August 31, 2026
  • Registration fee and deadline for Careers: $200 - August 31, 2026
  • Electrical outlet fee: $150
  • College and Military/ROTC late registration fee and deadline: $450 September 1-8, 2026
  • Career late registration fee and deadline: $250 September 1-8, 2026
  • After September 8, 2026, please contact the Junior League of Montgomery for availability

Times of Event:

  • Vendor Check-In Begins at 8 a.m.
  • Fair is open to attendees from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Submit Your Logo

Please upload your college's/organization's logo. This will be used across social media to advertise the College & Career Fair. Please submit a high resolution JPEG, EPS, TIFF, or PNG file.

Deadlines and Payment Details

Deadlines: The booth registration deadline is August 31, 2026. Late registration is through September 8, 2026. After late registration, contact us for possible availability. If you have issues submitting information, email jlmcollegeandcareer@jlmontgomery.org and information@jlmontgomery.org.

Payment: All payment is due prior to event participation.

  • If you are registered through ALACRAO, go ahead and submit your registration and select "invoice me" and we will reconcile with the association. In the comments section, please leave a note.
  • Check Payments: IF YOU CHOOSE CHECK - INVOICE ME, PLEASE IGNORE THE CHECKOUT PAGE AFTER YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM  – After form submission, an invoice will be emailed to you within a few days. Upon receipt of the invoice, please mail your payment promptly to: Junior League of Montgomery, Attn: College and Career Fair, 3570 Carter Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36111. 
  • Credit Card Payments – After form submission, you will continue to checkout on the next page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after form submission.
  • If your organization/school requires forms that the Junior League of Montgomery needs to submit, please email the forms to jlmcollegeandcareer@jlmontgomery.org and information@jlmontgomery.org.

Terms and Cancellation Policy

I understand that this registration reserves a booth or booths at the Junior League of Montgomery's College & Career Fair. Cancellation must be prior to September 1st or I will be responsible for full payment.
