2026 Community Grants Application

The Community Grants program of the Junior League of Charlottesville (JLC) helps non-profit community organizations meet immediate community needs.

Each year, the JLC aims to award 2-3 grants of up to $4,000 each, to fund time-limited projects that center around our Community Impact Focus, Empowering Women through Mentorship. The ideal project will provide service or training opportunities for League members, and the project should impact the Central Virginia area.

Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization or school.

The application for our Spring 2026 Community Grants program is now open through March 1st.

We are asking that you will be able to provide either volunteer opportunities or a training session related to your organization for League members. How can JLC volunteers provide in-kind support for this project or for your organization? What training opportunities exist for League members?
