Step 1: Please take a few moments to complete our Application and Getting to Know You Form by filling out the questions and commitment sections on this page.
Step 2: Upon submitting the application/commitment, you will be prompted to pay for your $265 dues online. Please have your credit card handy. Payment plans are available – please contact membership@juniorleaguecleveland.org to discuss further.
After we receive your application/commitment and payment, we will be in touch with you to let you know the next steps.Please note that dues are non-refundable.
Application/payment deadline is June 30, 2025.

The following will serve as your authorization to join the Junior League of Cleveland.
Statement of Commitment: I understand and am prepared to adhere to Junior League of Cleveland's (JLC’s) membership policies, code of ethics and procedures and fulfill the time and financial commitments of the JLC's New Member course. The JLC has the right to adjust any elements of the New Member Course and requirements. In return, the JLC will develop my potential as a community volunteer.

*Note: You’ll be placed in a small advisory cohort led by a dedicated advisor for your entire new member year, a supportive group of women who understand how busy life can be and are committed to staying flexible, including offering makeup opportunities for signature events, so you always feel supported and connected
