The Junior League of Tampa Alliance for Period Supplies (“JLT APS”) has moved to a once-per-year application process. Review of applications for monthly partnership is conducted once per year on the following timeline. If your organization has an urgent need for period products, fill out the Request for Period Products form on our website.

Applications Accepted: Applications due by April 30th

Agreements & Requirement Attachments

Organizations applying for partnership must agree to provide The Junior League of Tampa Alliance for Period Supplies with information. Full terms of partnership will be outlined in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). To better understand the expectations of partnership please review the Let's Do This Together document.

Monthly partners must provide an annual impact statement describing a family, without any identifying information, you served and the impact our Alliance for Period Supplies has had on their lives. Is your organization willing to do this?

Projected Annual Period Products Request

Please provide accurate numbers which reflect the anticipated annual period product distribution of your organization. It is important that these numbers are as accurate as possible because partner decisions are heavily dependent upon these projections. Note that if accepted as a monthly partner and your monthly orders are drastically different than the projected numbers provided here, the JLT APS may not be able to fulfill all orders. You should use distribution numbers from last year to project what your organizational period product need will be this upcoming year.

JLT APS provides partners the option to order individual items or kits, which contain 10 like items in a zipped plastic bag. Please note your anticipated need for individual items and/or kits.
