Junior League of Beaumont "Done in a Day" Volunteer Request Form

Junior League of Beaumont volunteers strive to improve our community year-round through "Done in a Day" projects.

A Done-In-A-Day project is anything that your organization needs volunteer support to complete. Our volunteers are ready to roll up their sleeves and help!

Ideal Size: 4-10 Volunteers

Ideal Duration: 2-6 Hours

We will consider projects of all sizes.

Terms and Conditions

1) Members cannot be involved in fundraising for any organization (i.e., handling money)

2) A copy of the organizations 501(c)(3) letter is required

3) The deadline to submit a request is 2 weeks before the project date

4) Junior League of Beaumont volunteers are not permitted to handle money, fundraise, or serve alcohol.

Are you requesting financial assistance? If so, please provide the approximate amount requested and what the funds will be used for. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide assistance, we will review your request and determine whether we may be able to help.

What Happens Next?

After you submit your Done-In-A-Day request, our team will review it to ensure it's complete and meets our guidelines. Once reviewed, we’ll follow up with you and post your project on our internal volunteer calendar, where Junior League members can sign up to participate based on their availability.

Please note that submitting a volunteer request does not guarantee a specific number of volunteers. Participation is based on member availability and interest. We’ll do our best to promote each project and accommodate your volunteer needs whenever possible.
