The Art of Tablescaping Table Designer Application

Applications will be reviewed by the Junior League of Greater Lakeland. If approved, payment instructions and the Table Designer Agreement will be provided. To secure a spot, the completed agreement and required payment/donation must be returned by November 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Please provide a brief description of your proposed tablescape and the inspiration behind it. There is no required event theme, and designers have complete creative control.

Event Requirements & Acknowledgment

I understand setup begins the morning of Thursday, March 4, 2027 and must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 5, 2027.

I understand JLGL will provide one standard 60-inch round table. Chairs will not be used.

I understand I am responsible for all linens, dishes, flatware, flowers, decorations, and other materials needed for my tablescape.

I understand I must participate in the VIP Experience – Dine & Design on March 5, 2027 and be present at my table for the duration of the showcase on March 6, 2027.

I agree to provide a list of items used in my tablescape, including vendor/retailer information when available, and may provide suggested comparable alternatives or “dupes” at different price points.

I understand that if I sell items displayed on or associated with my table, I must donate 10% of gross sales to the Junior League of Greater Lakeland and provide an accurate accounting at the conclusion of the event.

I understand I must obtain commercial general liability insurance and provide a certificate naming Junior League of Greater Lakeland as an additional insured no later than February 1, 2027.
