The Junior League of Wilmington has successfully run its Stand Up. Period. initiative over for the last five years through period supply distribution, public education, and advocacy. It’s been an amazing adventure working with community stakeholders, partnering with national organizations, and fighting side by side with legislators to bring awareness to this national issue. We all worked together to find solutions for the lack of menstrual supplies and fight period stigma. 

It is now time for the Junior League to pass the baton to a new organization to carry forward the progress Stand Up. Period. has made in our community. Our goal is to find a non-profit or two that can work together to continue the distribution of menstrual supplies to Delawareans.
