- What to bring: Yoga mat if you have one. Mats are available to rent for $2
- Where to park: Free parking available right at the studio, metered parking for 50 cents/hr along 2nd St, or free parking along University one block away.
- When to arrive: Class starts at 6:15pm. Please come at 6 p.m. to complete check-in.
'This unique take on the classical Pilates Mat exercises combines honed, focused core work intermixed with high intensity interval training (HIIT). This allows for a full body workout geared at strengthening the abdominal muscles while at the same time applying that strength to challenging exercises for the arms and legs. The heart rate training in this class focuses on bringing the heart rate both up and down, utilizing heavier weights and short bursts of energy. All levels are welcome, as the class can be scaled to each individual's needs.'
