Chantal Allison-Konteh, Manager of National Engagement for the Alliance for Period Supplies, will lead a presentation concerning Period Poverty. The facilitation will offer a general overview of period poverty, providing key context on the issue and its impact on communities across the country. It will include Louisiana-specific data to help ground the conversation locally, along with practical best practices that individuals and organizations can use to take meaningful action in their own communities. JLNO Active Members will receive 1 (one) training credit for attending.
