### **Join us for the 47th Annual Simply Sarasota Tour of Homes!**
**The event you have been waiting for is around the corner, the 47th Annual Simply Sarasota Tour of Homes, presented by Charlotte's Grace, on Friday, February 23rd and Saturday, February 24th from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
**
Over the two days, attendees will have the opportunity to take an intimate look inside of Sarasota's most beautiful and exclusive homes, complete with demonstrations and pop-up shops, live music, lite bites, wine tastings, and much more! Self-guided tours of the homes or guided tours with a Junior League hostess will be available.
The Tour will conclude with a **celebratory happy hour on Saturday, February 24th from 4 – 6:00 p.m. at CinéBistro**. Happy hour attendees can expect two free drink tickets, hors d’oeuvres, and a **silent auction**.
This year we are excited to announce that we are offering **TWO VIP Trolleys each day**! VIP Trolley ticket holders will enjoy narrated trolley transportation between the homes, along with Prosecco, and personal charcuterie boxes. The trolleys pick up and drop off at the **Southgate Macy’s parking lot on the south side of lot. A map will be provided prior to the event for reference.** **The departure time is 10 a.m. The exact return time of the trolley will depend on traffic and time spent at homes.** **VIP Trolley tickets are limited and will go fast. **
Trolley #1 on Friday and Saturday is narrated by local Architect Hannah Boehmer.
Trolley #2 on Friday and Saturday is narrated by local historian John McCarthy.
**We strongly recommend purchasing your VIP Trolley tickets as soon as possible as they are limited and always sell out quickly.**
Both General Admission tickets and VIP Trolley tickets include access to all homes (one day only) and admission to the Happy Hour on February 24th.
Proceeds from this event will support the Junior League of Sarasota’s signature focus, providing assistance to individuals who are aging out of the foster care system.

**When will tickets go on sale?**
_Both General Admission and VIP Tickets go on sale starting November 30, 2023._
**When will the home locations be released?**
_We will share the home locations in January/February 2024._
**Will a route be provided and when?**
_Yes, we will share the Tour Route in February 2024._
**What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?**
_If you are on the VIP Trolley Tour, the meeting area will be the Southgate Macys parking lot, on the south side of the lot._
_If you have general admission tickets, parking will depend on the area the home is located. Only park in legally marked areas. Please watch for parking signs. When parking on the street, DO NOT block driveways. Please be aware of pedestrians. Volunteers will be on hand to assist with parking. DO NOT block the designated Trolley parking space. Carpooling is encouraged! _

**What does the Junior League of Sarasota do?
**
_The Junior League of Sarasota is a non-profit organization of trained, hands-on volunteers that has been working to address some of the most difficult issues Sarasota faces for more than 60 years. You may be familiar with some of our legacy projects, many of which are now separate organizations. We are responsible for the creation of organizations such as Children First, the Child Protection Center and Teen Court; built the first handicapped accessible playground; purchased and stocked household goods for new homes at Harvest House; etc. These are just a few of the charitable works that the Junior League has been a key part of. This year we have a focus on Aging Out of Foster Care. When we recognize a crisis, our 250+ members turn hard-work and resources into solutions. Every year, hundreds of young adults age out of the foster system without parental guidance to help them establish themselves and their futures. The Junior League of Sarasota is joining the fight to support and assist the youth of the foster care system in Sarasota County by creating an impactful program that will help them obtain the life skills and education necessary to become self-sufficient, live independently, and maintain employment. Attending the Tour of Homes means that you are not only going to have a great time and see some beautiful homes, but you are helping the Junior League of Sarasota help those in the community who need it the most._
