2026 Women's Leadership Summit

Thursday, March 5, 2026 at the Columbia Club in Downtown Indianapolis, the Junior League of Indianapolis is excited to welcome guests to the return of the Women’s Leadership Summit. This year’s theme, Every Woman. All Things., honors the many roles women hold and recognizes that strong, effective leadership is deeply connected to overall wellness. Through a holistic lens, the summit will explore how supporting personal well-being strengthens our capacity to lead with clarity, purpose, and impact in every area of our lives.
