MERCHANDISE CATEGORY: Please select up to three categories for your merchandise below and specify the percentage of your primary business for each category. If the listed options do not include your merchandise, please choose other and specify.

Please include photos of your merchandise and your booth from any previous shows. 


Merchants who pay in full by July 31, 2023 will receive a 10% discount on the booth prices below.

Merchants who select space for this option will receive one 6 ft table and two chairs. Merchandise must fit underneath your 6 ft table. No free-standing units, shelving units, or clothing racks can be used with a single table space. If you need these options, please look at the pricing for booth space. An additional fee will be charged at the market if your table is outside these restrictions. Any additional backdrops or displays must be approved by the merchant's chair prior to the market.

  • Single Table Space - $245 - Merchandise must fit underneath your 6 ft table. No free-standing units, shelving units, or clothing racks can be used with a single table space.

Regular booth pricing includes one 6ft table, two chairs, draping, and one electrical outlet per booth space.

  • Regular Single 10x10 IN-Line Booth - $490
  • Regular Double 10x20 IN-Line Booth - $840
  • Regular Triple 10x30 IN-Line Booth - $1,190

Premium booth pricing includes the same provisions as a regular booth. Premium booths are designated as such based on their prominent location, and premium vendors will receive special advertising. There are a limited number of premium booth spaces available.

  • Premium Single 10x10 IN-Line Booth - $770
  • Premium Double 10x20 IN-Line Booth - $1,120
  • Premium Triple 10x30 IN-Line Booth - $1,470

Corner Booth preference can be requested for all regular and premium booths. Availability is limited and can be purchased on a first come, first serve basis.

Donations to the Holly Day Market are usually considered charitable donations as the Junior League of Lexington is a nonprofit organization. 


The Holly Day Market holds an annual silent auction as a part of our nonprofit fundraising efforts.


We are assembling swag bags for our Holly Sponsors. Examples of items provided in the past include koozies, samples and coupons for free services, and we are selling 50 Holly Sponsorships. 


 Approval/acceptance as a vendor for the Holly Day Market is not contingent upon donations to the silent auction or the sponsor swag bags. They are additional exposure opportunities for your business.
