Junior League of The Woodlands will host "Not a Number" training created by Love146 to increase awareness on how to identify Human Trafficking, ways youth in our community can be vulnerable, break stereotypes on who can be victims, how to spot red flags, and how to have impactful conversations with teens to keep them safe. This event aims to increase awareness, educate our community, advocate for our youth, and learn how to elevate justice.

Love146 is an international human rights organization working to end child trafficking and exploitation through survivor care, prevention education, and strategic collaboration. We believe in the power of love and its ability to effect sustainable change. Love is the foundation of our motivation. This training, created by Love 146, will help you gain a greater understanding of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation. We aim to provide information and education to empower caregivers and youth. The more we increase our awareness and strengthen our communication with youth, the stronger our relationships and the safer everyone will be. We hope this training will be educational and provide conversation starters to support your family and community.

Leading this training will be Ann Marie Ronsman – President and CEO of CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County, and Taryn Gordon- Advocate/ Guardian Ad Litem for CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County.
